Discover Exports & Imports

Our little office is located at No. 26-3 B- 1 Polepettai East 1st Street. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s home for Discover Exports & Imports. We’ve been operating from this side of town for a good few years now. The street is usually pretty calm, which is nice because it lets us focus on the paperwork. We handle a mix of stuff coming in and going out, so there’s always something different on the ledger. We aren't a massive company with a hundred employees. It’s just a small crew of us who have known each other a long time. We handle everything from the initial phone calls to the final loading on the truck. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order more staples or mixing up a date, but we always fix them right away. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the wall. We just have a calendar and a few photos of our families. The work can be tiring, especially when the deadlines are tight, but we like the rhythm of it. Being in Polepettai feels right for us. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We don't try to sound like we’re changing the world. We’re just moving goods from one place to another and trying to earn an honest living. If the door is open, it means we’re busy working, and that’s usually how it stays from Monday to Saturday until the evening comes around.
