Fabulous India Merchants

Our shop is located at No. 4/180 C on 3rd Street in Muthammal Colony. It’s a fairly quiet residential area, so we try not to make too much noise when we are moving things around. We started as merchants just looking to move local goods, and it grew into what it is today. The office is part of a larger building where we have enough space to keep our inventory before it gets sent out. 3rd Street is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the main roads. We have some plants sitting out front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it hard. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. We spend our mornings responding to messages and our afternoons getting things ready for the couriers. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to tell us how to sound professional. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors because they often are. The work can be a bit tiring, especially when there are a lot of orders at once, but we just take it one step at a time. Muthammal Colony has been a good home for us, and we know most of the people on our block. It’s a simple setup for a simple business, mostly focused on the daily grind.
