Udaysuites

Udaysuites is located down in Watts Lane, over by Shangumugham. If you know the beach post office, we are right around that area. It's a quiet little spot compared to the main roads. T.C. 34/757/3 is the official number, but most people just look for the turn into the lane. We spend a lot of time keeping the place tidy. Living and working so close to the beach means there’s always a bit of sand that finds its way inside no matter how much you sweep. The salt air is nice though. We don’t have a massive staff, it’s mostly just us looking after things. We make sure the rooms are ready and the lights are working. Sometimes the birds get a bit loud in the trees outside in the early morning. We’ve been here for a bit and seen the neighborhood change here and there. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be some giant hotel chain. We just like having this space in Shangumugham. You can walk to the water in just a couple of minutes if you want to see the sunset. We usually sit out front for a bit in the evenings when it cools down. It’s just a regular house turned into something more. Nothing too fancy, just honest work and keeping the place running for whoever stays. We try to keep the garden green, even though the salt from the ocean makes it a bit of a challenge sometimes.
