Stage Events Event Management is located at Tc 25/60 on Gandhaari Amman Kovil Street. This is right in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram. The street is old and has a lot of character. Our office is a small room where we keep all our records and plans. It is usually a bit cluttered with posters and notes stuck to the walls. We spend most of the day on the phone talking to decorators and caterers. It’s a lot of coordination work. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. Most people just walk in and see us working at our desks. Thiruvananthapuram can be quite hot, so we have an old ceiling fan that clicks while it spins. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We are just local people trying to make things run smoothly for different functions. Sometimes the street gets blocked by festivals at the temple nearby, so we have to plan our movements carefully. We don't use any high-tech gadgets for our planning. A simple diary and a pen usually do the trick for us. We’ve been at this address for several years. It feels like home to us. We don't pretend to be a massive agency. We just take one job at a time and try to keep everything on track. It is hard work and requires a lot of patience with all the small details.
