We are located right on Kochur Road, directly opposite the L P School in Jegathy. It’s a familiar spot for many in the neighborhood. Our day usually starts early, often before the school bell rings across the street. We focus on providing help and support through our phone lines. It’s a lot of listening and talking, trying to sort out whatever issues people are calling in about. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a bunch of desks with headsets and computers. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at once, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big call center in a glass building; we're a local setup right here in Jegathy. Sometimes the technology acts up or the internet gets slow, and we just have to wait it out and apologize to the people on the line. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re very much a part of the local community. We don’t use scripts that sound like robots; we just talk to people like human beings. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this location for a good while now, and we’ve seen the school kids grow up and move on. We just keep our heads down and answer the next call.
