Project Control Management Organization

We operate out of the Jai Hanuman Shopping Complex, which is right near the Kuttichal Market in Kuttychel. It’s a busy spot, especially on market days when everyone is out. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a functional space where we manage projects and keep our records. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves keeping track of schedules and making sure things stay on course for the people who hire us. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy every day. The complex has a lot of foot traffic, so we see a lot of people passing by our door. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of executives in suits. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that need doing. Being near the market means there's always something going on outside our windows. We handle different types of projects for people in and around Kuttychel. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we're in the complex if they need help organizing something. It’s a simple setup. We use basic tools and stay focused on the work at hand without much fuss. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the market noise nearby, but we’re used to it after all these years. We aren't trying to be some massive firm. We just want to provide a reliable place for project management here in the local area.
