We’re based out of Cherryhills in the Kowadiar area, near Pattom. It’s a nice part of town, mostly quiet and green. Our office isn’t in one of those huge glass buildings. We prefer being in a spot that feels a bit more grounded. The day usually starts with a lot of coffee and a list of things that need to be checked off. We deal with a lot of moving parts here, from managing schedules to making sure all the equipment is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don’t really see. The office is often a bit of a mess with blueprints and lists taped to the walls. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable because we’re usually on our feet or moving things around. Sometimes we’re here late at night when a deadline is approaching. Kowadiar is a good place to be because it’s central enough but doesn’t feel too crowded. We’ve built a decent routine over the years we've been here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just take the jobs as they come and try to stay on top of the details. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work every single day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
