Ibis Holidays

We are located at No.17/1(2)-Tc in Jegathy. It’s a quiet enough area and we’ve been running our holiday business from here for a good while. The office is pretty small, just a couple of rooms where we sit and work on travel arrangements. We don’t have any big signs or flashy displays in the window. Mostly, it’s just us and our computers, looking up flights and hotels for people who want to go on a trip. We like to keep things very simple and honest. If a place isn't worth visiting or if a price is too high, we just say so. We don't try to push people into things they don't want. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who have been coming to us for years. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We often sit and chat with people about their plans over a cup of tea. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment at all. We take our time to make sure we get the details right because we know how much a holiday means to people. We spend a lot of time checking and re-checking bookings to make sure there are no surprises. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up, but we don’t mind the work. We’ve been in Jegathy long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. It’s a good place to be and we are happy here.
