Infinity Event Management

Our office is on Mp Appan Road in Vazhuthacaud. It’s a nice enough street and we’ve been based here for a while. We do event management, which is basically a lot of organizing and making sure things show up on time. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of boxes of gear that we use for different jobs. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate touches. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and checking on venues all over the city. It’s a lot of running around and it can be quite tiring, but we’re used to it. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated ways of doing things. We just listen to what people want and then try to figure out the best way to make it happen within their budget. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, so we have to be quick on our feet to fix them. We have a small team of people who have been working together for years. We know each other's strengths and we just get on with the job. Most people find us through word of mouth, which we prefer anyway. It’s an honest way to work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We just like to keep things straightforward and simple. That is how we work every day.
