Rumman Events

We operate out of the AMK Building in Pallickal Town. It is a small place in Thiruvananthapuram, right near the Jumah Mazjid. Being close to the mosque means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which sets a steady rhythm for our work. Pallickal is a quiet town compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Our office in the AMK Building is not very large, but it serves our needs. We have a few desks and some storage for our event materials. Most of our work involves planning local gatherings and celebrations. We spend a lot of time on our motorbikes going from one house to another to talk to clients. It is a very personal way of doing business. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly know us because they see us working around town. We handle the logistics, like finding tables and chairs or sorting out the lighting. It can be quite a bit of physical work, especially when the weather is humid. We just keep at it until the job is done. We are just local people who started a business to help our neighbors with their events. There is no complicated philosophy behind it. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything goes as planned for the families who hire us.
