Our workspace is in the Corporation Building right opposite SMV School in Thampanoor. We are right on MG Road, which is one of the busiest stretches in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a very central location, so it’s easy for us to get anywhere in the city. The office itself is nothing special, just a room in a public building where we handle all our entertainment bookings. There is usually a lot of noise from the school kids across the street during the day. We spend a lot of time coordinating with artists and venues from our desks here. It’s a practical setup with old desks and a lot of chargers for our phones. Since we are in Thampanoor, the railway station is close by, so there’s always a flow of people in the area. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and are used to the pace of MG Road. Sometimes we have meetings in the small space we have, but mostly we are out on the field. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge team, just a few of us making sure the events happen as they should. It’s honest work and we like being in the middle of the city. The rainy season can make the commute a bit of a hassle, but that’s just life here. We just keep working through whatever comes our way and don't worry about the small stuff. It is just a regular job that keeps us busy from morning till night.
