Infinity - The Event Management Company

Our office is right on M P Appan Road in Vazhuthacaud. If you know the area, it’s a bit of a busy stretch near Thiruvananthapuram. We spend most of our mornings here figuring out logistics for different events. It isn't a large or fancy space, just enough room for the desks and some gear we keep around. Most of the time, we are out checking on venues or talking to vendors about tents and lighting. It’s mostly just making sure the right things show up at the right time. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The street can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much. People stop by to ask about dates or just to see if we are free for a weekend. Managing things like this takes a lot of phone calls and scribbled notes on paper. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the local setup works. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when two things happen on the same day, but we usually manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the job done so people can have their gatherings without worrying about the small stuff. The office door is usually open during the day if someone wants to walk in and talk. It’s a simple setup we have here.
