Grandish Outdoor Caterers

Grandish Outdoor Caterers is located near the Govt Law College Junction by PMG. We have been working out of this Thiruvananthapuram Museum area for quite some time, handling food for all sorts of gatherings. It usually starts with a phone call about a wedding or a small housewarming, and then we get to work in the kitchen. Dealing with outdoor catering means we are always packing up big pots and stoves into the back of vans. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure nothing gets left behind. The crew we have here knows the routine well. We spend most of our days chopping vegetables and figuring out the timing so everything is ready when the guests arrive. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather isn't cooperating or the venue is tucked away in a narrow lane, but we figure it out. Being near the museum means we are pretty central, which helps with getting around the city. We don't have a big fancy office, just our workspace where the actual cooking happens. People usually find us through word of mouth from someone who ate at a party we worked at last month. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure there is enough for everyone. It’s hard work, standing over big flames for hours, but that is just the nature of the business. We keep things straightforward and honest with our clients.
