Our office is over at Vazhuthacaud in Thiruvananthapuram. We are at C 19, tucked away on Forest Office Lane. It is a quiet little spot compared to the noise on the main road, which is nice for getting work done. The team is just a handful of us. We spend our days mostly on the phone or scribbling down plans on whatever scrap of paper is handy. It is definitely not a shiny corporate office. We have some old wooden furniture and a few posters stuck on the walls. We do all sorts of events and planning work. Sometimes the rain here in Kerala makes our schedules a bit tricky, but we always find a way to manage. We are not big on marketing ourselves or having a fancy image. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the Forest Office. We do not really have a dress code here. Usually, we are just in comfortable clothes because we have to move around a lot during the day. There is almost always someone making tea in the small kitchen at the back. We try to keep things as simple as possible. If a job needs doing, we just get to it without much talk. The lane outside is a bit narrow, so parking can be a pain, but it is a good home for us.
