Our workplace is down in Thiruvananthapuram, in a spot called Pachallor. The address is Kesavapuram, Pavanapuram. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but locals know where it is. We are Elements Event & Consultants. Our office is a simple building that doesn't really stand out from the other houses and shops in Pachallor. It’s quite peaceful compared to the city center. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. It’s not a high-tech environment. We have some sturdy tables, a few fans, and a lot of notebooks. Most of our work involves a lot of talking and planning. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to make things work. Often, we’ll be out in the yard discussing projects rather than sitting inside. The air is a bit fresher here than in the main town. We have been in this part of Pachallor for a while, so we know the local shops well. If you are coming to see us, you might miss the turn if you aren't paying attention. It is just a regular local business. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just take our jobs seriously and try to be helpful. It’s a practical life here. We start our day, do the tasks on our list, and then head home. It is a simple, honest way to run a business.
