Castle Events And Managements is located on the 2nd Floor of A R Plaza here in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a simple setup we have going. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a group of people working together to manage different projects. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at checklists. The office is right in the 695001 area, which is pretty central, so getting around isn't too tough for us. We started this because we liked organizing things, and it just grew from there. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have something on the desk to finish. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We talk to people, listen to what they need, and then see how we can fit the pieces together. It’s practical work. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we try to fix them quickly. It's just how a small business operates. We’ve lived in Thiruvananthapuram for years, so we know the local vendors and how things work around here. If someone stops by the second floor, they’ll usually find one of us typing away or chatting about a schedule. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can without making a big fuss about it. We just take things one day at a time and keep our desks as organized as possible.
