Ags Home Caterers is a small setup we run out of Peroorkkada. It’s more of a home-style thing than a big commercial business. We’ve lived in Peroorkkada for a long time, so starting this here just made sense to us. We don't have a big staff or a fleet of trucks. It’s mostly just us and some help when we get really busy. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We spend our mornings buying what we need and our afternoons getting everything cooked up. It is honest, hard work and it keeps us on our toes. We don't do any big promotions or put up flyers. Most people in Peroorkkada know about us just by talking to their neighbors. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. You aren't dealing with a manager or a salesperson; you just talk to the people doing the cooking. We handle a lot of family events and small gatherings that happen around the neighborhood. It can be stressful when we have a lot of orders at once, but we always find a way to get it done. The kitchen isn't fancy, and neither are we.
