Zenzibu Da Sky Lounge

We are located on the third floor of Shubham Palace in Sector 15, Kopar Khairane. If you know the area, we are in the commercial wing, right above the HDFC Bank and not far from the Dmart. Being in Navi Mumbai, it’s a pretty active neighborhood. Our place is a lounge, so we’ve got a bit of an open feel to it since we are up high. It’s not a super fancy place with velvet ropes or anything, just a spot to hang out. We have some outdoor seating which is nice when the breeze kicks in. The staff here are just regular people from around Navi Mumbai. We don't have a big handbook on how to talk to customers; we just try to be decent and helpful. Sometimes it gets loud on Friday nights when everyone is finishing work, but that’s the way it goes. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is ready for the evening crowd. It’s a lot of manual work, moving chairs and checking the stock. We’ve been here in Kopar Khairane for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just a local lounge where you can see the city from the roof. The elevator can be a bit slow when the building is full, so some folks just take the stairs to the third floor.
