Zaitoon Buildcon Llp is located over in Mira Road East. We’re in C 401, Geeta Nagar Phase 10, right along the main Mira Bhayander Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on right outside our office windows. Our office is up on the fourth floor, which gives us a bit of a break from the constant street noise. We’ve been working out of Geeta Nagar for a good while now. It’s a very straightforward setup—just some desks, a few metal filing cabinets, and a whole lot of paperwork piled up. We deal with construction and general building management. Some days are quite slow, filled with just making phone calls and waiting for people to call us back. Other days are completely chaotic with different contractors coming in and out. We aren't always the most organized group, and you might find blueprints spread out all over the floor, but we generally know where everything is. We don't go for any of that corporate polish or fancy language. We just speak plain English and try to get to the point quickly. Most of our neighbors in Phase 10 know who we are. We try to be helpful when people ask about the new developments popping up nearby. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the building regulations on Mira Bhayander Road, but we do our part.
