Lodha Group

Our place is in Thane West, over on the busy Ghodbunder Road. We are located in Sukhsheetal Chsl, specifically in rooms 301 and 302 in the B-1 wing. Lodha Group is what we go by around here. If you know the Chitalsar Manpada area, you know it's a bustling part of the city. Ghodbunder Road is almost always packed with cars. We can hear the hum of the traffic from up here in our office. We ended up combining two units just to make enough space for everyone to have a seat. It’s definitely not a shiny corporate tower with a receptionist. It’s a housing society where we’ve set up shop to stay close to the local action. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, especially during the lunch hour. We don't really mind though. We talk to the security guards and the other people living in the building. It feels like a real community to us. We handle all our business stuff here every single day. Thane is growing so fast these days, it's almost hard to keep up with the new buildings. But we've been at 400 602 for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of things. It’s a local operation through and through. We drink a lot of tea and coffee. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the phones ringing and people talking, but that’s just life. Lodha Group isn't about the glitz. We just show up and do the work. It’s a straightforward setup for straightforward people.
