We spend most of our time at the office here in Raj Ratna Park, right in Azadnagar. It’s a busy spot on G.B. Road in Thane. Most days start early because the traffic around here gets pretty heavy. We’ve been at this for a while now, focusing on local projects and paperwork. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just dealing with layouts and site visits when the weather allows. Sometimes the rain in Maharashtra makes things move a bit slower, but we just keep at it. Our team is small, just a few of us sitting in room 404, keeping things organized. People often stop by just to ask about land or how things are moving in the neighborhood. We don’t really have a big fancy reception, just a couple of desks and a lot of maps on the wall. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but you get used to it after a month or two. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from answering the phone to checking on the sites nearby. It feels like a real community business because we know the shopkeepers downstairs and the folks living in the other buildings. It’s a decent place to work. We just try to get the jobs done without making too much of a fuss. If you’re ever near the park, you’ll probably see our sign. It's nothing special, but it's home for our work.
