We are located in Thane, Maharashtra, in the 400 605 area. The office is run by people with B.Com and Gdca backgrounds, so we tend to be very focused on the technical and financial details of development and consulting. It is not a very large operation. We mostly work from our desks in Thane, surrounded by files and property plans. The weather here can be quite humid, especially during the monsoon, which sometimes makes the commute to the office a bit of a challenge. We are consultants and developers, but we do not have a big, fancy storefront. Most of our work is done through meetings and phone calls with people who need advice on their projects. We have been in this spot for some time now and know the local area quite well. It is a straightforward business where we look at the numbers and the development plans and tell people what we think. We do not use a lot of complicated language or try to sound like a big corporate firm. It is just us in the office, working through the paperwork and trying to stay organized. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it is quiet enough to get through all the filing. We just handle the consulting work as it comes in and try to be as practical as possible for the people who come to us for help with their business or property needs.
