K.Raheja Universal

We are K.Raheja Universal, and you can find us at 4/45 in the Ganesh Krupa Society. This is in Thane, Maharashtra, with the pin code 400 604. We are right here in India, working out of a residential society, which gives our office a very neighborhood feel. It’s not some big corporate headquarters. It’s just a ground-floor space where we’ve set up our desks. The society is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market, so there’s a lot of life around us. Our office inside 4/45 is pretty basic. We have some computers, a printer that works most of the time, and enough chairs for the team. We don’t go in for any of that fancy modern office design. We just have what we need to get the job done. Thane is a crowded place, and Ganesh Krupa Society is no different, but we’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished company. We are just local people doing our jobs in a place we know well. We don’t have any grand mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every day, take care of our responsibilities at K.Raheja Universal, and try to be good neighbors in the society. It’s a simple, practical way to spend the workday and get things finished.
