We are located at 606 Indiabulls Mint, which is tucked right behind Hiranandani Meadows. It’s on Gladys Ali Waris Road, and the area is usually buzzing with activity throughout the day. Being in the real estate and development world means we are often looking at building plans or talking to folks about new projects. The office at 606 is where we keep all the paperwork and meet up to discuss what needs to happen next. It’s a modern enough building, but we try to keep things down to earth once you step inside. You can see the big Hiranandani towers from nearby, which reminds us of how much the whole neighborhood has been changing lately. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table looking at site maps and blueprints. It’s not always glamorous work; there is a lot of waiting for approvals and dealing with the small details of building stuff. The road outside can get quite jammed in the evenings when everyone is leaving work, so we usually try to time our site visits carefully to avoid the worst of it. We’ve been here at Indiabulls Mint for a bit, and it’s a solid home base for Natasha Developers Pvt. Ltd. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a motto on the wall. We just show up, look at the progress of the work, and try to make sure everything is moving along as it should.
