We are based in Anand Chhaya over in Sainath Nagar, which is part of Louiswadi in Kharghar. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We work out of Sector-12. Our group does a bit of everything related to local projects and services. It’s hard to describe one single thing because our days change a lot. Some weeks we are focused on paperwork and other weeks we are out meeting people in the community. It’s a small office and we’ve been here for a while. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. We deal with a lot of local regulations and logistics. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving piles of paper from one side of the desk to the other. Kharghar is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening near us. We try to stay out of the way and just get our tasks done. We aren’t really into big advertisements. People usually find us through someone they know. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just open up the office in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we do. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized amid all the growth.
