Our office is right there in Shop No. 1 on Plot No. 156, over in Sector 44 of Nerul. Zad Constructions India Private Limited is mostly just a group of us who have been in the building trade for quite some time. Being in a shop-front makes it easy for people to just stop by and talk to us about whatever they are looking to build or fix. Nerul is a busy part of the Thane district, and there is always some kind of construction going on around the corner. We do not have any fancy corporate headquarters, just this small shop where we keep our files and meet with the site supervisors. Most of our days are spent driving between different locations and making sure the materials have arrived. We deal with everything from the initial foundation work to the final touches on a house. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that is just the nature of construction. We do not use any of that marketing language you hear from the big firms. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the jobs done on time. It is a local business and we like it that way. If you are in Sector 44, you will probably see our sign out front. We keep things simple and focus on the bricks and mortar side of things every day.
