If you head down to the MIDC area in Boisar West, you’ll find us at Plot F1/13. We are right in Village Kolawade in the Palghar district. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always a bit noisy and dusty around here, but that suits the kind of building work we do. Yosh Buildcons LLP isn't about fancy meetings; it’s about getting on-site and making sure things are actually being built. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local logistics of the Palghar area. It’s a different pace out here compared to Mumbai. The roads can be a bit rough, and getting materials delivered on time takes a lot of coordination. Our office is just a practical space where we keep the site boots and the blueprints. There isn't any shiny decor, just the stuff we need to work. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or checking on the progress of various construction phases. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s honest work, and it’s often tiring, but it feels good to see a project actually come together from nothing. We don't put on any acts for anyone. What you see is what you get with us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task until it's done right. That’s how life is for us out here in Boisar. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing our ways anytime soon.
