Our office is located in Room 201 at Mathura Dham, right on Plot No. 35 in Sector-44. If you know the Seawoods area in Nerul West, we’re pretty easy to find. Being here in Navi Mumbai means we’re always around new buildings going up, which is exactly what we do at Watkins Developers. It’s a private limited company, but we keep things pretty low-key. We don't have a giant staff or a big corporate vibe. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around desks piled with project files and site photos. The elevator in Mathura Dham can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with contractors or driving out to check on different sites. It isn't always smooth sailing. There are days when the weather shuts us down or a permit takes longer than it should. We just deal with those things as they come. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We take on development projects, manage the crews, and try to make sure everything gets finished properly. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like seeing a project finally come together after months of planning. Most of our day is spent making sure the right materials show up at the right time. It’s a practical business for us, and we try to keep it that way.
