Waldorf Infra Ventures (India) Private

We have been at Plot 118/157 in Sahadevkhunta for a bit now. It is actually located at Abinash Pradhan’s place. Mostly we just deal with local infrastructure stuff and some venture work. It is a small office and nothing too fancy. People around here know where we are. We do not really have a big staff, just a few of us trying to get through the daily paperwork and site visits. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the Sahadevkhunta area but we manage. We are not trying to be some massive global thing, just Waldorf Infra Ventures doing what we do right here in India. Usually, if you stop by, you might see us chatting over tea or checking on blueprints. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. We have had some busy months lately with all the new construction around. It keeps us on our toes for sure. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure the supplies arrived where they were supposed to. It is a lot of coordination. Abinash is usually around if there is a specific question about the site. We just try to keep things moving and stay organized, though the piles of folders on the desks might say otherwise. It is just normal work life for us. No big secrets or fancy corporate speeches. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else.
