Vyas And Son Construction Privatelimited is a small family-run operation based in Bhainder West. Our office is at A 103 Saroj Plaza CHS Ltd, which is on the busy 150 Feet Road, right near Maxus Mall. It is a very active part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic and people shopping nearby. My son and I handle most of the work ourselves, along with a few staff members who have been with us for years. We do not have a polished corporate look. The office is filled with blueprints, samples of tiles, and half-empty cups of tea. It feels more like a workspace than a formal business office. People in the building know us well since we have been in Saroj Plaza for a long time. We spend our mornings visiting construction sites and our afternoons back here at the desk. Bhainder has changed so much since we first started, with new buildings going up everywhere. We just try to keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have. There are no big slogans or fancy promises here. We just talk to our clients like regular people and explain what needs to be done. It is a lot of back and forth with contractors and suppliers, which can be stressful, but we enjoy the work. If you are in the area, you can usually find us here until the sun goes down.
