Up on the fourth floor of Varla Darshan Apartment is where you’ll find the office for Vy Buildcon India (Opc) Private Limited. We are located on Kamatghar Road in Bhiwandi, which is a place known for being a bit chaotic with all the warehouses and trucks everywhere. Our room number is 401. It’s a bit of a climb, but it gives us a decent view of the street below. Being an OPC, it’s a smaller operation, but there is always plenty of work to keep us busy from morning until late evening. The house number is 1368 if you are looking for it on the map. Bhiwandi is a tough place for construction because the roads are always blocked, but we’ve learned how to manage. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to handle the accounts and talk to clients when they drop by. We have a lot of stuff shoved into the room, like site samples and old ledgers. It feels like a real workspace. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, but we just keep going.
