Vvr Developers. We are based over in Thane, specifically in Mira Road East. Our office is at 202 in Building No 5 of the Shree Vasudev Complex. It’s part of the Kanakia area, which is always busy with people. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, and it’s become a second home for us. We handle development projects, which means we’re always looking at land and figuring out what can be built there. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the authorities and contractors. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and half-eaten snacks, but we get the work done. Mira Road is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with that energy. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate slogans. We’re just a group of people who know how to develop property and we do it day in and day out. Sometimes the trains in Thane are so loud we can hear them from the office, but you get used to the city noise. We mostly work with local folks and small businesses. We don't have a big polished image; we’re just who we are. Some days are stressful when things don't go as planned, but we just sit down, have a coffee, and figure out the next step. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like seeing a project go from a piece of paper to a real building that people can actually use.
