Vlandspace Developers Llp shares the same office space over at Unit E 312 in Tower II, Plot R 1, Sector 40. We are based right in the middle of Navi Mumbai, which is a place that never seems to stop growing. We’ve been involved in development work around here for a while now. Our day-to-day is mostly about managing the practical bits of construction. It’s not all that glamorous, to be honest. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between different project locations in Thane and Navi Mumbai. The traffic can be a real pain, but you get used to it. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. It’s just us working together to get the projects finished. We look at a lot of land and try to figure out what would work best for the people living in this area. Sometimes we have to deal with tough situations like equipment breaking down or getting the right permits from the municipal corporation. We just take it one step at a time. We don't make big promises we can't keep. Our focus is really just on the bricks and mortar and making sure the work is decent. If you come by our office, you’ll probably see a lot of rolled-up drawings and coffee cups. We are just regular people trying to make a living by building stuff that lasts. It’s a lot of effort, but we like seeing a project come together.
