You can find us at Shop No. H 102 in the Railway Complex at Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai, especially right near the station, means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise. It keeps us on our toes. Vivo Homes and Construction is basically a small operation where we handle everything from basic renovations to larger building tasks. The office is a shop, so it’s easy for people to just walk in and ask questions. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a big staff. It is just a few of us who know the construction business. Most days we are out at different sites in the Thane or Navi Mumbai area, so the shop is mainly for meetings and handling the paperwork that comes with construction. It gets pretty busy, and sometimes the desk is a bit of a mess with all the bills and site plans. Building homes is a lot of responsibility and we take it seriously, but we don't try to sound like some big corporate entity. We are local people who understand how things work in Nerul. We know the local suppliers and we know how the weather here affects the building schedule. It’s just honest work. We try to keep our projects moving along and stay on top of the details. It is not always easy, but we have been doing it for a while now and we know our way around a site.
