Virkar Developers Llp is right in the middle of things at Ganpati Chowk. Our office is on the 1st Floor of the Matrubag building. It is a busy area, especially when there is a festival or a market day. You can hear the noise from the street coming up through the windows all day long. Matrubag is an older building, but it has character. Being on the first floor is handy because we don't have to wait for a lift and people can just walk up the stairs to see us. The office space itself is nothing special to look at. We have a few tables pushed together and some shelves full of blueprints and folders. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Ganpati Chowk is a good landmark, so nobody ever gets lost trying to find us. There is a small coffee stall just around the corner that we visit way too often. The atmosphere around here is very local. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We have been working out of this spot for a while now and it feels like home. We don't need a polished corporate suite to do our jobs. We just need a desk, a phone, and enough light to see what we are doing. It is a real place for real work. We try to keep things organized despite all the paper everywhere.
