We’ve been running Viraj Builders & Developers Llp out of our office at the R K Business Centre for a while now. It’s located right at Kalyan Naka in Bhiwandi. If you know the area, you know it’s always busy with traffic and people moving around. We are in Shop No 401 and 421. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we need to do. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and meeting people who want to talk about building something or looking at land. We handle the construction side of things around Thane and Bhiwandi. It gets dusty and loud outside, but that’s just how it is around the Naka. People often stop by just to ask directions or see what projects are coming up next. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on-site too, making sure things are moving along. It’s honest work and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit. The 117/117A/113 block is where you can find us if we aren't out at a site. Sometimes we’re there late finishing up plans or dealing with suppliers. Building stuff in this part of Maharashtra isn't always easy because of the weather and the roads, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple setup for a local building business.
