VIMIRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Hiranandani Estate area of Thane. Specifically, we are in B-101 of the Princeton CHS building. It’s right near Patlipada, which is a busy intersection off Ghodbunder Road. If you’ve ever been on Ghodbunder Road, you know how the traffic can be, so we are used to the sound of trucks and cars passing by. Our office is a straightforward space. We have a few desks, a small area for meetings, and a lot of maps of the local area. We focus on various projects, usually involving construction or development. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just people who work in the building trade. The office is kept fairly tidy, but there’s always a stack of blueprints somewhere that needs looking at. Being in Thane 400607 is practical for us since there’s so much building happening in this part of Maharashtra. We’ve seen this whole area change from just being outskirts to a massive residential hub. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. We drink a lot of tea and spend our afternoons trying to keep the schedules on track. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized amid all the chaos of the construction world.
