Vijayansh Construction Private Limited

We are based in Flat No. B/002 at Om Sai Apartment. It is on the ground floor so you do not have to worry about the stairs. The building is near Ashish Bar in the Azadegaon area of Kalyan. It is a bit of a noisy spot because of the traffic and the people visiting the bar. Vijayansh Construction Private Limited is basically run out of this flat. We have turned the rooms into office spaces with desks and some old cupboards for the files. Being in Thane district means it takes a long time to get anywhere else. The roads around here can be quite bumpy. We usually have the fan on high because it gets stuffy in the afternoon. People often use the bar as a landmark to find us since the apartment name is small. We keep the main door open for a bit of air. There are some kids who play in the society compound outside our window. It is not a corporate building by any means. It is just a simple place where we manage our construction projects. We have a small table for visitors but nothing fancy. The tea stall down the road is where we get our morning drinks. It is just a local business life for us here in Kalyan-421201. We show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else.
