We are based out of Chawl No.2 in Titwala East. It’s a simple spot, Gala No-1/2, right on the Ambivali-Kalyan Road in Balyani Gaon. Vidisha Estates Construction Private Limited isn't a big city firm with glass walls. We work where the people are. Being in Thane, especially out here towards Titwala, means things are a bit slower but also more personal. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the basics of building and local land. The office is right there in Vidisha Nagar, so it’s easy for folks in the village to find us. We deal with the daily grind of construction, managing materials and laborers. It’s dusty work and sometimes quite loud with the traffic on the road right outside. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the local layout pretty well. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to happen, and get to it. It’s a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything. Whether it’s checking on a wall or dealing with the municipality, we just handle it as it comes. It feels right to be part of the community here. We are just local people trying to build things that last for the folks around us in Maharashtra. It's honest work, even if the progress is slow some months. We just stay focused on the task and getting the walls up.
