Our office for Vhome Buildtech Llp is located in Unit E 312 of Tower II, over in Sector 40 of Navi Mumbai. It’s a busy area with a lot of development happening all around us. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on the local construction scene. Being in Navi Mumbai means we see a lot of change every day. We aren't a big, polished firm. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. Most of our work involves sitting down with blueprints and then spending the rest of the day at various sites checking the progress. It’s a lot of back-and-forth. We deal with all kinds of people, from laborers to suppliers and local authorities. It gets complicated with all the rules and paperwork, but that is part of the job. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just handle things as they come. Sometimes we face delays because of rain or material costs going up, which is pretty common around here. We don't really bother with big speeches or advertisements. Most people find us because they see our signs at a site or hear about us from someone else. We just want to make sure the structures we build are solid and useful for the folks who end up using them. It’s hard work, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day.
