Verma Contracts Private Limited is located over in Thane, specifically in Shlok Nagar. We have our office in Room 204 of the Ganraj Apartment building. It’s right near Mausam Theatre, so it’s easy for people to find us if they know the landmark. We’ve been operating from this spot in the Mumradevi Colony area for some time. It’s a regular neighborhood, nothing too flashy. We deal with various contracts, mostly focused on the building and maintenance side of things. The office stays pretty busy with people coming in and out. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is where the real meetings happen. We don’t have a massive corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working through the daily tasks. Thane has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen the changes right outside our windows. We handle the paperwork, the hiring, and the site coordination from these two rooms. It gets a bit cramped when all the supervisors come in at once, but we make it work. The humidity in Thane can be a bit much in the summer, but the office fan keeps us going. We try to stay organized with our folders and ledger books. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. We don't spend much on advertising because the local word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We are just a local Thane business trying to do our part.
