VENUS EXPORTS

Venus Exports is located at B-101, Raj Garden, right on Rajaji Path in Dombivli East. It’s a ground floor spot which makes it easy for loading things in and out without having to mess with elevators. The building is an older one, so it has some character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint here and there. We’ve got a lot of boxes stacked up because that’s the nature of export work. It’s not always pretty, but it’s functional. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and checking on where stuff is. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend the whole afternoon tracking things down, which is just part of the job. There are four of us working here most days. We share the space and usually eat lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s a casual environment. We don’t really do formal meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. Rajaji Path is a busy street, so there’s always the sound of horns and people outside. You get used to it after a week or two. We like being in Dombivli because it’s where we live and it saves us a long commute. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to make sure our exports get to where they’re going on time.
