Siemens Ltd has a pretty big presence at the Siemens Kalwa Premises on the Thane Belapur Road in Airoli, but our specific spot is in the R and D Building on the 5th floor. If you're looking for us, we're at Work Station No 3. It's a huge campus with lots of buildings and people walking around, so it can feel a bit overwhelming if you're not used to it. The 5th floor is usually busy with people working on various research and development things. My little area at Work Station No 3 is where most of the daily grind happens. It’s just a standard desk with a computer and a lot of notebooks scattered around. The view from the 5th floor isn't bad, you can see the Thane Belapur Road and all the cars going by. Airoli is a busy hub, and being at the Kalwa Premises means you're right in the middle of all that action. We don't really have a lot of time for fancy talk; we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make some progress every day. It’s a lot of technical stuff, and sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but that’s just the nature of the work. Even in a big place like this, we try to keep our small section feeling a bit more personal, with some of our own things on the desks. It’s a practical, working environment where we just try to do our bit and keep things moving. That's life.
