VDEVELOPER PROPERTIES LLP is located in Tower II, Unit E 312. We are over in Sector 40 of Navi Mumbai, which is a part of the city that’s really picking up lately. Our office is in Plot No R 1, and it’s where we handle all the real estate and property matters. Navi Mumbai feels a bit more planned out than some other places, but it still has its challenges. We don't have a flashy showroom or a team of salespeople in suits. It’s just us in a regular office tower. We spend a lot of time looking at property values and checking on different sites around Thane. The work involves a lot of phone calls and even more paperwork. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in forms, but that’s the reality of property development. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is behind, we say so. We don't see the point in making things sound better than they are. Being in Tower II gives us a decent place to meet people and get our work done. We’ve been in the 400706 area for a while and have seen many new projects come up. We’re just one of the many offices trying to make sense of the market. It’s a busy life, but we like it most of the time.
