We are mostly focused on land and development projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and walking through empty plots of land. Our office is not anything special to look at—just some chairs, a big table for spreading out plans, and usually a few umbrellas in the corner for when we have to go out in the rain. Being based in Tulsiwihar gives us a good base to operate from. We are not interested in being a big corporate entity. We like the fact that we can talk directly to everyone we work with without any middleman. The days can be long, especially when we are trying to get all the paperwork sorted for a new piece of land. It is a lot of waiting around at government offices followed by a lot of rushing to get things done. We deal with the local community every day and try to keep things as simple as possible. No big promises or fancy words, just clear talk about what is happening with the land. We have seen the area change a lot over the years and we are just trying to be a small part of how it grows. It is practical work for practical people.
