VAL PROJECTS LLP

We are based in the TTC MIDC area of Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Our place is on Plot A 549/550. Since we are in an industrial zone, it's a bit more rugged than a city office. There are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery nearby. We do project work, mostly related to construction and setup. It’s a good location for us because it’s close to our suppliers and the main roads. The office itself is nothing special, just a practical space where we can sit down and go over our plans. We have a small group of people working here. Some of us have been in this industry for decades. We don't really bother with fancy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather spend that on getting better tools or keeping the sites running smoothly. Mahape can be a bit dusty and hot in the summer, but it's where the real work happens for us. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking the plot or visiting clients at their own sites. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local partnership trying to keep things on track. Most of our business comes from people who know us and the work we've done before. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day to get things moving. That’s how we’ve always done it here in the MIDC, and it works for us.
