UBHARE CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Ubhare Construction is a small one-person company, or an OPC as they call it, based in Mangaon. The office is located at Sr No 872/02 near Dhalghar Phata. Mangaon is a place where you really have to know the local layout to get anything done. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, but there is still plenty of building work to do. Most of the jobs we take on are local construction projects. It’s a lot of solo work in terms of the management, but there are always laborers and contractors involved at the sites. Dealing with the weather is a big thing here, especially during the monsoon when everything has to stop. The office near Dhalghar Phata is pretty simple. It is just a place to store records and talk to clients about what they need built. I spend a lot of time on the road, going from one plot to another to check on the progress. There are no big meetings or corporate presentations here. It’s just about looking at the ground, checking the levels, and making sure the bricks are being laid correctly. It can be a bit lonely running an OPC, but it also means I know exactly what is happening with every single project. It’s just a straightforward construction business run by someone who knows the Mangaon area well and wants to keep working here.
