We are based in Thane, specifically in the Jambli Naka area which is always bustling with people and shops. Our office is up on the third floor of Sameer Arcade, right near the Chintamani Jewellers. If you’ve ever walked down Agyari Lane, you know it gets pretty crowded, especially during the festival seasons. We work in the real estate and construction field, which mostly involves us looking at property papers, talking to contractors, and trying to figure out where the next project is going to happen. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. We’ve been in this part of Thane for a while, so we’re used to the noise from the market downstairs. It’s actually quite convenient being so central because everything is within walking distance. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we know the local neighborhoods pretty well. We don’t really go in for flashy presentations. Usually, it's just us explaining how a building is going to look or what the timeline is for a site. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, and other times it’s a bit slower. We just take it as it comes. It’s a small team of real people, and we’ve all been through the ups and downs of the local market together. We just try to get the jobs finished right.
