We’re located in Shop No. 39 at Hilton Arcade, which is part of Evershine City in Vasai East. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a good spot once you get here. The shop is our main base of operations, and it’s packed with files, computer screens, and usually a few samples of materials we’re working with. Since we’re in a shopping arcade, there’s always a bit of life around us—people going to the grocery store or grabbing a snack next door. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of rows of desks and a small area for meetings that usually just turns into more desk space. We do a lot of technical work and planning, so you’ll often find us leaning over a big table looking at prints. It’s not a quiet, library-like office; there’s always someone talking or a printer running in the background. We’ve been in Vasai for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and make sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. It’s an honest day’s work in a regular neighborhood shop, and we’re happy with that. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the tasks finished by the end of the week without any complications.
