We've been working out of the City Bay building for a while now. Specifically, you can find us on the fourth floor in the C wing, over at office 401A. Most people know the area near survey 347. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My team and I spend most of our days dealing with the paperwork and planning that comes with buildcon projects. It’s a lot of back and forth with maps and city codes. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and coffee cups, but that's just how we work. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we get things done. Building things takes time and we try to just focus on the task at hand without overcomplicating it. Most of the people who come by are local guys we've known for years. We handle the technical side of the construction business right here from this floor. It’s not always quiet, especially with the city noise outside, but it keeps us moving. If you're looking for our spot, just take the lift up to the fourth floor. We've been at this address for a bit and know the neighborhood well. It’s just us, working on our projects and trying to keep things running smooth. We aren't really the type to spend much time on social media or big advertisements. We just show up at the office and deal with whatever building issues come across our desks that morning.
